Walking Out ♥
Squee! It seems Matt is going to be involved in yet another movie project...

“Walking Out,” a new film by Missoula-based filmmakers Alex and Andrew Smith (“Winter in the Blood,” “The Slaughter Rule”) based on the short story by David Quammen and starring Matt Bomer (“White Collar,” “American Horror Story,” “Magic Mike XXL”) will be shooting in central Montana throughout the winter months. (source)

Many thanks to my buddy maryrose_it for the heads up :D I admit I have not checked the usual news sources in the past few days :P

You're welcome! Make sure to download it, I just found that when clicking the link directly, not all pictures would load. Or maybe it is just my connection.

May I ask in return for the swimming pool story? While I have watched White Collar, I was too busy with other stuff to be really in the fandom, so obviously missed a lot of details. That sounds - uncomfortable? I don't even remember which episode this might have been... clearly a re-watch is in order!

Many thanks ;)

Thanks, I'll do that!

(Someone else may need to make some corrections here; I'm doing this from memory!) Near the end of S2, Alex meets up with Neal in a swimming pool (both naked, supposedly) to discuss stealing the music box and so forth. In the DVD commentary (and in a Paley Center discussion) Matt and Jeff Eastin talked about how that pool's heater had been turned off, and there they were, trying to do their lines, etc., while basically freezing. Jeff said it was one of the only times he ever saw Matt be a bit grouchy ;-) Matt said it would have been perfect for filming Titanic, b/c they were so insanely cold. ;-) I just couldn't help thinking of how that's going to compare with filming in the middle of a Montana winter!!

Thank you very much! I do remember the episode now.

I just read the story. OMG. I’ve pictured it all with Matt in my head. Oh boy. I hope we get to see that in some way. What a story! I can see why he would want to do it.

It’s a very quiet story. They don’t talk much. I see lots of Montana wilderness and beauty in this film. And lots of emotions.

If you haven't read it yet, stop whatever you are doing and do it NOW!

You're so welcome!!

I will definitely read the story soon. I've got it saved to my Kindle app, and it's next on my list of things to get done. It sounds like a wonderful story for him already. I'll let you know when I do get it ready, though!! And I don't think many of us could picture it in any way but with Matt, at this point ;-) I'm sure it'll inspire lots more beautiful Matt images for us all!! <3
